The practice of lucid dreaming has been explored for thousands of years. The ancient yogic tradition revealed specific techniques of training that allow one to explore shifting states of consciousness while remaining fully aware, allowing one to ‘wake up’ while dreaming, and even to explore the dream world consciously.

What might it be like to spend an evening experimenting and sampling different kinds of touch and/or honouring? What gifts could you offer as a stall holder in our Offerings from the Heart event? We invite you to bring a couple offerings that last 7 minutes which reflect what you are good at, passionate about, where you can be in total service to another being.

Previous Offerings from the Heart events have had stalls offering things such as: massage, worship, dancing, spanking, eye gazing, singing, hand holding, cuddles, poem reading, energy healing etc …

You will then get the chance to experience other stall holders’ wares. The evening will include some time to create consent and connection and then around 90 minutes of Bazaar time – half as the “buyer” and half as the “seller”. You’ll have a sign to offer your wares and 2 minutes to “promote” your offer. We’ll invite you to share why you love your particular gift and why you chose to offer it.

We’ve called it Offerings from the Heart as we know that we feel safer when we have information to make choices and to change our minds at any point. All this within clear boundaries allows ourselves to be surprised and delighted at the unexpected pleasures that may emerge when we take courage to explore anew.

The Shamanic initiation – its core is death and rebirth. This overcomes the fear of death in the base chakra and also sets the shaman apart from the tribe in order to serve the tribe in a special way. It is an essential component to the integration of sexual and spiritual worlds because it results in the transcendence of ego and the dedication of ones awakened powers to the collective. The Sexual Initiation – The awakening of a deeper relationship with our sexual energies, founded in Level 1, is broadened to provide keys to integrate deeper levels beyond the personal self. In Level 2 we explore transpersonal sacred containers that facilitate the unification of masculine and feminine, angelic and animal aspects allowing the alignment of soul and void. The result is Love.

The Spiritual Initiation – Meditation training and essential identity inquiry open us into our primordial awareness and provide a taste of sunyata or the void experience. Each individual has an opportunity for deeper levels of their being to be contacted, honoured and integrated. The result is Presence.

The night kicks off with a half-hour interview, in which Phil Hine speaks to Christina Oakley Harrington about chakra schemas, yoginis, Shakti and Shiva, with anecdotes along the way. We then turn to a social of drink, informal chats and book signings. In Wheels Within Wheels, Hine has expanded on his sought-after booklets and, in one volume, traces the ideas of chakras from their earliest appearances in Indian religious culture, through the Tantric lineages and over into the West, where they became a central feature of the New Age movement.
