Re the inconsistent chronological order of the Living Tantra events - the training group is over 18 months, so the Living Tantra 3 is aimed at people who did Living Tantra 1 15 months earlier, and likewise the Living Tantra 4. Whereas the Living Tantra 2 is aimed at people who did Living Tantra 1 the same year (i.e. 6 months earlier). Having said that, once people have done Living Tantra 1, they can do the others in the series in any order whenever they want to. The training groups do them in the order 2,3, 4 over a period of 18 months. The training group is a committed group who also do a series of 6 3-day seminars as well as the workshops.

Certified Basic Lomi Lomi Course - An Urban Retreat of Embodied Safety

14th - 19th July (Monday - Saturday. 9.30am - 5.30pm).

On the 1st day, after a check-in circle, we are going to have a short intro into the background and philosophy of the tradition, a demo session carried out by Dan, and some exercises to allow us to land into our bodies … so we could begin with the oiling of the body. During the first day, we also learn the Here and Now breathing practice – you can read more about this below – that serves as a foundation for our Lomi Lomi journey… and potentially beyond.

From the 2nd day onwards we will work in pairs and learn how to massage various parts of the body – so you will either be giving or receiving Lomi Lomi throughout the whole day.

(Nothing given for 3rd day)

On day four you will, together with Dan, carry out your first complete, basic Lomi Lomi session – we call this a “guided massage session”.

On days five and six, gradually relying more and more on yourself, you will carry out – and receive of course - another two complete Lomi Lomi sessions (each day giving and receiving one).

Because of the length of the complete sessions, the schedule of day 4/5/6 might slightly be different given how we get on (not the beginning or end of the day though).

I have read extensively on the subject of Tantra and had some beautiful energetic experiences with Tantra and Kundalini classes, and have often felt that it would be a blessing for the spaces to hold Tantra classes ... so thank you for reaching out.

Following on from Covid, guidelines have been applied such as QR code and anti-bacterial hand gel available upon entrance and 2 metre social distancing in place. Within social distancing we can have 7 people maximum in the spaces.

So yes feel very welcome to advise your Tantra teacher tribe that the spaces (in Southbourne in Dorset and New Milton in Hampshire) are both possible to rent if they feel to.
